Membership Terms & Conditions

1. What's includedThe 5-week plan includes one full visit per cycle: shampoo, deep condition, retwist, and a simple style. The 6-week plan includes one full visit and one shampoo-only visit at about the 3-week mark. Interlocking, color, and special or elaborate styles are not included and are booked and priced separately.
2. BillingBy purchasing, you authorize Missy Russell Beauty to charge your payment method on file every 5 or 6 weeks (matching your plan) until you cancel. Your first charge is due at purchase. Each charge covers that cycle's visits only.
3. Minimum commitmentPlans have a minimum of 3 payments. After that, your plan continues cycle to cycle until you cancel.
4. CancellingTo cancel after your minimum, contact Jerrica at iammissyrussell@gmail.com at least [48 hours] before your next billing date. Cancellations made after a charge don't refund that charge. Cancelling before completing your 3-payment minimum does not waive the remaining minimum payments.
5. Unused visitsVisits reset each billing cycle. Unused visits expire at the end of the cycle and are not refunded, credited, or carried over.
6. SchedulingPlease book your next visit (and your 3-week shampoo, if you're on the 6-week plan) before leaving each appointment. Visits should fall within your plan's cycle. A retwist more than 1 week past your cycle (after 6 weeks on the 5-week plan, or after 8 weeks on the 6-week plan) is billed at the reugular price.
7. Rescheduling and missed appointmentsPlease give at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule. Appointments cancelled with less notice, and no-shows, are forfeited and aren't made up or refunded.
8. Loc count and pricing tierYour tier is based on the number of locs you have. I'll confirm your count at your first appointment. If it falls in a different tier, your plan will be moved to the correct tier at the next billing cycle.
9. PausingYou may pause once per year for up to 4 weeks (for example, for travel or illness). Contact me before your next billing date to arrange it. Paused time doesn't extend your minimum commitment.
10. Price changesI'll give you at least 30 days' notice before changing membership prices. You may cancel before the new price takes effect.
11. Hair healthA short consultation happens at your first visit. I'll let you know if your locs need extra care and may recommend adjustments. I can't guarantee specific results, and some conditions may be outside my scope.
